TINY HOME
Style in a small space means that every inch matters. An older cottage was remodeled to accommodate eating, relaxing, sleeping and work in only 400 square feet.
Replacing the older water heater with an on-demand model freed up space for a desk nook and a sliding barn door created privacy for the sleeping area. A surprisingly spacious L-shaped couch transformed the tiny living room into a guest area with a queen size bed.
The final touches of colorful rugs, pillows and artwork against the blue-gray walls created a soothing, private sanctuary indoors with a small private garden just outside.
