A run-down backyard cottage that dated back to the early 1900’s found new life as an updated guest house after a full, gut remodel. The separated kitchen and sitting area were opened into a more spacious living area and the bathroom and laundry area combined to make room for a spacious shower and convenient access from both the kitchen and bedroom.
