DOWNSIZING WITH STYLE

Her family grown and newly divorced my client sold her large home and rented a beautiful, much smaller cottage in a nearby area.  Now how to make it her perfect nest? 

Painting and brightening the space was top priority. Next was the challenge of choosing furniture and accessories from her storage that would fit the smaller footprint, and adapt the space to her more modern style.  

Between a few new purchases, silk drapes, new rugs, several pieces re-upholstered and installing an impressive art collection the transformation was completed in 3 months.
